Diagnose a Failed Media Request
Separate a page from a downloadable file
A song or video page can open successfully while its downloadable file is missing or restricted. First confirm whether you supplied a webpage or a direct media file. In Suno files, look at each available-file entry rather than assuming that a title and cover imply an audio download. In Video & Audio, a direct file is opened unchanged. Public webpage extraction depends on a separate configured provider. A third-party tool displayed in a frame is another service with its own errors and permissions.
HTTP 403 and 404 need different actions
A 403 response means the server refused that request. A 404 means that the requested resource was not found. Neither is fixed by choosing a higher bitrate. Open the original source through its normal interface and use the download route available to your account. A removed post or expired share link may need a fresh permitted link from its owner. Do not send login cookies, passwords or recovery codes to this site to get around a refused request.
Rate limits and temporary failures
HTTP 429 commonly indicates a rate limit. Stop repeated attempts and respect a Retry-After instruction when the service provides one. HTTP 503 indicates that a service is unavailable for that request and can be temporary; it is not proof that your browser or song file is defective. Wait before making one new attempt and record the message and time for support. Repeated simultaneous submissions can make a limit last longer and do not create a file the source has not offered.
A new tab or failed ZIP is not always the same problem
A host can open a media URL in the browser instead of returning an attachment. Browser restrictions, response headers and the Android download handler all affect this behavior. Use the source's legitimate save controls when available. ZIP exports may exceed memory or server size limits even when each small asset is accessible. Try one permitted file at a time. This site's own Suno export has per-file and total size limits; another embedded service may use different limits.
Send a useful support report
Use Contact and state the tool name, whether you used the website or Android app, the visible error, and a public example URL you have permission to share. Include the approximate time and expected format. Do not include account tokens or private media. The site owner needs enough information to reproduce the problem, but should not need your source-platform credentials. A support message is not a promise of access to protected or deleted content.
